Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel like magic in your Selkie pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and sale items may be marked as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original ribbons and tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
